1) Log onto Outlook Web Access to get to your email inbox. If your password has already expired you will not be able to login and will need to call the IT department in Stockton (ask for the Help Desk). ![]() 2) From your inbox, click on the word Options in the upper right-hand corner of the screen (this is circled in red in picture below). ![]() 3) Once you've clicked on Options, there will be a list of optional setting on the left side of the screen. You will probably need to scroll down through that list to be able to click on the Change Password option (to scroll down, use the scroll bar which has an arrow pointing to it in the picture below). ![]() 4) Enter your old and new passwords on the Change Password screen and click Save when you are finished (the Save is circled in red in the picture below). Note: If you have entered a bad old password or your new password is not accepted, the screen will indicate the error and you will be able to reenter the information. ![]() |
